Founded in 2000, Ningbo Dan-Chief Network Technologies Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary invested by Taiwan Dan-Chief Technology Co., Ltd., and the production base located in Beilun District, Ningbo, Zhejiang. Our company have over 150 professionals in R&D, management, production and quality assurance. Our products are exported to Europe, America, Asia, Africa and mainland China, earning trust from global customers with outstanding quality and innovative technology.
Certificate and Patent
We strictly follow TIA/EIA568, ISO/IEC-11801, GB-50311 and other international and domestic standards. Our products have passed UL, ETL, 3P, FORCE and other authoritative laboratory certification. As a national high-tech enterprise, we have obtained more than 100 patents at home and abroad. Rely on ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 integrated management system to ensure that our products are always at the forefront of the industry.
Intelligent Manufacturing
We apply the TPS Toyota Lean Production System and integrate intelligent systems including APS, WMS and MES for fully digitalized and efficient production. With over 40 advanced machines such as injection molding equipment and automated lines for modules and patch panels, our automation rate exceeds 90%. This guarantees stable and reliable quality while greatly shortening delivery lead times. Supported by ongoing quality optimization and process improvements, we deliver highly flexible customized solutions for OEM/ODM clients.
Green Production
We actively fulfill our environmental responsibilities. Using our proprietary Press-fit technology, we achieve solder-free, green production and use plastic-free eco-packaging. The company has completed ISO14064 carbon inventory and ISO14067 product carbon footprint certification, and obtained TUV Zero Waste to Landfill verification.
